Customer Engagement

We have a dedicated Customer Engagement Team who provide advice and support to any customer wanting to be involved in working with us to influence improvements to our homes and communities.

Working with you and listening to you is what will always make our business great. Regardless of who you are, or where you are, we want to make sure it is easy for you to work with us, in a way that suits you.

Our Customer Engagement Team is always looking for tenants to join our groups and get involved in shaping our services. We'll cover the costs of travel and refreshments.

Our Ongo tenants and leaseholders are invited to have a look at our involvement opportunities and see what takes your fancy. Then submit a #InvolvedWithOngo (postcard) so we can get in touch.
