Property Services Panel
Volunteers are involved to ensure that our property services meet the needs of customers.
When required, this panel can invite tenants to the meetings to share their customer experience on work recently carried out to their home and panel members are also given the same opportunity.
They help to influence improvements to the repairs service, plus monitor the performance and service delivery. They also monitor the out-of-hours service and repair priorities, making suggestions for improvements and having the opportunity to ask questions.
The panel has influenced changes in the categories and timescales for repairs and future performance reporting.
The panel meetings take place for two hours every three months.
