Customer Service Team in training

The Customer Service Team will not be available on Thursday 12 September as they are in training all day, the phones will be closed but emergency repairs will be taken from 9am – 6pm, for emergencies only. Any social media messages will be replied to on Friday 13 September when the team are back in the office. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can however use the My Home app and website to book a repair, check your rent balance and much more:

The Cole Street office will also be closed all day on Thursday 12 September as the staff will be in training all day. Training providers from North Lindsey will still be operating from Cole street on this day, any training booked in with them is still going ahead as normal.
