Online rent statements are coming

From 1 November 2019, paper rent statements will no longer be posted out to My Home users.

These will be replaced by online statements, so that we can reduce paper, spend less on printing and encourage you to use our digital services.

Tenants are encouraged to sign up to My Home to start receiving digital statements automatically. Money saved from sending paper statements will be used to fund the planting of trees and we will plant a tree for every new 100 My Home users from 1 October 2019. 

Jan Williams, Head of Opportunities, says: "We love giving back to the local community and this initiative does just that. We hope to be planting 65 trees across the community, so if you haven't yet got a My Home account, do sign up."

If you’re not signed up to My Home yet, you will continue to receive three-monthly paper rent statements through the post.
