Fundraising for Sport Relief
Our staff supported the BBC’s Sport Relief this year and together donated over £130 to help vulnerable people in the UK and the world’s poorest countries.
On Wednesday 16 March we did the Great Ongo Bake Off. Staff put on their best aprons and whipped up a culinary storm and put their creations before our panel of expert judges.
The baked goods were then sold to staff and all money collected was donated to Sport Relief.
On Friday 18 March it was all about dressing sporty. Staff came to work wearing their sportiest gear to raise even more money.
Molly Oczeretnyj is one of our management accountants and helped organise the bake off. She said: “Sport Relief and Comic Relief raise millions of pounds to help vulnerable people in the UK and the world’s poorest countries and we think it’s important that we get involved where we can too.
“We all have lots of fun taking part in events like this, but it’s still important to remember exactly why we are raising money.”
