Christmas at the Viking Centre

Our staff and tenants will be hosting a Christmas extravaganza on Wednesday 21 December for families living in the Caistor Road area of Barton.

The event will take place at the Viking Centre on Fairfield Drive from 4pm to 6pm and will be free to attend for residents who have supported the centre and taken part in the various activities throughout the year.

There will be Christmas dinner, a Santa’s grotto, a raffle and other family entertainment.

Fran Rhodes, Estate Manager at Ongo, said: “We’re really excited for our festive event. Last year we had nearly 50 people attend and it was a brilliant afternoon. All the families enjoyed themselves and it was a great way for us to say thank you to them for their support.

“We’ve had a great year at the Viking Centre, with lots of new faces getting involved in our various activities. This Christmas afternoon will be a great way to say thank you to them and reflect on a brilliant year, and to look forward to what 2017 brings.”
