Estate inspections

If you have an estate based issue that you’d like to discuss with us, all you need to do is contact us to request an estate inspection.

The inspection can be about anything to do with your neighbourhood and the idea is that we focus on the issues and places that are important to you and we will do the rest.

In conjunction with our tenant inspectors, we also do ‘mystery shop’ style estate inspections so we get to see how you view your neighbourhood on a daily basis. This will help us to check that we’re doing is right and make changes if we need to.

If you would like to request an estate inspection, get in touch with us. After receiving your request, we will contact you within 5 working days to arrange a date and time for the inspection. The inspection will happen no longer than 15 working days from your initial request.
