Tenant Inspectors carry out regular inspections to ensure standards are being met and any issues are resolved.
Some of the inspections they can be involved with include:
- Estates
- Green-spaces
- Ready-to-let homes (including digital inspections)
- High-rise and retirement living cleaning
- Mystery shop exercises
There’s a mixture of different areas to inspect each month, and you choose what suits you best. You decide the day and time of the inspections, so being a Tenant Inspector can fit around any other commitments you have.
Meetings take place every two months, and normally last two hours.
You can also read the Terms of Reference which explains more about the group.
