We want to appoint a Joiner (locksmith experience preferred) to work within our busy maintenance team with a starting salary of £21,382. After the successful completion of a 6 month probation period your salary will increase to £24,170.
All our maintenance staff need to be multi-skilled in all basic building maintenance skills.
As a Joiner working for Ongo you will have a relevant joinery qualification to NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent, Locksmith qualification and accreditation (preferable), Knowledge in the use and maintenance of relevant equipment, plant and machinery and hold a full clean driving licence. You will be an enthusiastic and determined individual who is committed to customer service and who has the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. You will be required to work flexibly between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and take part in the provision of our out of hours emergency repairs service on a rota basis which will include weekend working (additional payments apply).
