We are looking for a Concierge to join our Neighbourhood Services Team.  This is a temporary position, for a year with a starting salary of £18,603. 

To provide a high quality and customer focused Concierge service to our high rise blocks

The role requires daily health & safety checks of our high rise blocks, administration duties, including issuing fobs, tokens & permits to customers, visitors & external agencies as well as issuing keys to contractors. Office duties include allocating workflows to the wider Neighbourhood Services Team.

We are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service & have good communication skills.

The post holder will need to be able to problem solve & will at times be required to work on their own (including opening & closing the Concierge office).

A current full driving licence & access to a vehicle is essential
