Customer Engagement Team
We have a dedicated Customer Engagement Team who provide advice and support to any customer wanting to be involved, to influence improvements to our homes and communities.
Working with you and listening to you is what will always make our business great.
Regardless of who you are, or where you are, we want to make sure it is easy for you to work with us, in a way that suits you.
Our team is always looking for tenants to join our groups and get involved in shaping our services. We’ll cover the costs of travel and refreshments.
Support available to you
We know it’s important you do things you enjoy, so being involved works best if you are happy with what you are doing.
We also know that sometimes there are things that might make it a little more difficult for you to join, so we offer support to all our volunteers. This includes training that would help raise more awareness of the groups you are interested in joining.
Attending meetings may not be of interest to everyone, so other methods of communication are used to help promote information and obtain views from customers. These include using social media, e.g. Twitter and Facebook where we regularly share information and ask for your comments.
