We’re consulting on our new service standards

Our current service standards, what we refer to as our Customer Charters, are being reviewed and revised to align to our new Corporate Plan that was published in April and the Regulator of Social Housing’s new Consumer Standards that were introduced in April too.

The Regulator requires us to publish our service standard to explain really clearly what our tenants can expect from us as their landlord.

We need to hear from our tenants and customers with any feedback you have on the proposed service standards. We need to know if they are easy to read and understand and clearly explain the standards of service tenants and customers can expect to receive from us.
