We have been awarded ‘Excellence in the Community Award’

We have been awarded the prestigious ‘Excellence in the Community Award’ at this year’s Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards, for delivering our promise of reinvesting into local neighbourhoods and making a difference to communities.

We were commended for our vast range of work in the community, despite being up against tough competition in the category, including Projekt Renewable and The Attis Arena.

The Excellence in the Community Award requires businesses to demonstrate a commitment to its customers and give evidence of being a good neighbour. They must also show they have a proactive plan to engage with and develop a sustainable local community.

Highlighted within the application was our training, employment, financial and mental health support, along with youth mentoring and a host of wellbeing activities.

Last year in total, we delivered £15.15 of social value for every £1 spent.
