Our new Customer Engagement Framework
We’ve launched our new Customer Engagement Framework, which shows how we demonstrate our commitment to involve you, our customers.
When we talk about customer engagement, we’re referring to the different ways our customers can shape and monitor the services that we provide.
This framework sets out the ways in which we provide opportunities for you to get involved, and the level of support that you can expect to receive to help this to happen.
It also allows us to plan for where we want to develop customer engagement in the future, thinking about where we are now and where we want to be.
We know you are the best people to tell us what’s working well or not so well, which is why it is important that you have your say on issues that affect your local communities and the services we deliver.
To create the document we consulted with our tenant volunteers and colleagues, and using this feedback we are now pleased to share the framework with you.
