Merger update

Following Board meetings held on Monday 18 December, a joint decision has been taken between us and Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) not to proceed with the proposed merger between our two organisations.

Both Boards met independently to discuss the merger and it was jointly agreed that it wasn’t the right time for us to merge.

Our focus moving forward will to be on you, our tenants. We will be continuing to improve our existing homes and services, and building more much needed affordable housing in our areas.

Of course we are always looking to involve you in our decision making, and this will continue as we move forward. If you’re not yet involved with us but would like to be, take a look at the dedicated area on our website for all our different involvement opportunities.

We will continue to work hard to make sure our homes and communities are places you’re proud to live, and we will keep on investing in our existing and new homes.
