Free advice around saving money on utilities, benefits advice and recourse to energy vouchers based on eligibility*

*Eligibility being top up meters and card payments, not direct debit payments.

YES offer free financial and energy efficiency advice to households. They on average help people save £400-£500 pounds either from savings on their utility costs or generating income for individuals.

Tenants can access up to 6 vouchers per year at £49 each voucher. The tenant will need to be in hardship. And provide evidence of this which can be done via an income and expenditure form. The funder will also need a photo of the pre-paid meter showing the balance.

We offer a range of support services for you and your family. 

Our friendly counsellors will take time to listen to your issues and help develop your confidence, skills and wellbeing so you can move towards improving your life.

Our project, in collaboration with North Lincolnshire Council, offers smokers living in North Lincolnshire who are over the age of 18 the tools and advice they need to give up the habit.

The Arc is our purpose-built community building in the heart of Westcliff, Scunthorpe, where you can come to for support, advice or guidance while catching up with friends in the café or taking part in one of the many activities.
