Consultation event: Ancholme Road new homes
A public consultation event is due to take place on 11 June to gather the views of local residents on a proposed new scheme to be built by us.
The scheme on Ancholme Road in Scunthorpe will see 13 new homes in Scunthorpe, and be a mixture of two and three bed homes.
This is another example partnership working between us and North Lincolnshire Council to provide more affordable homes in North Lincolnshire.
Martin Phillips, Development Manager, said: “We’re really looking forward to getting started on this scheme and think the homes will be really popular.
“We would really encourage local residents to come along to the consultation event to look at our proposed plans and offer their views and make any suggestions to make these even better homes.”
Cllr Rob Waltham, leader, North Lincolnshire Council, said: "It is important that residents have their say on the proposals to build more new homes in Scunthorpe. This is part of a major investment to provide 240 new homes in Scunthorpe to help meet the growing population. Many of these will be affordable homes. Don't miss this opportunity to have your say."
Details of the consultation event:
Wednesday 11 June 1pm – 4pm The consultation vehicle will be located on the development site (the former shops & flats) on Ancholme Road, Scunthorpe.
There is no need to book, just turn up to the consultation event.
