Update on Direct Debit payments and AllPay

Allpay has been in touch with us to let us know there may be some issues with people’s Direct Debit payments. It seems that there have been a number of duplicate payments made with some other housing association tenants. They couldn’t confirm at the moment whether Ongo Homes tenants would be impacted by the problems they’re experiencing.

The advice from Allpay is to contact your bank directly and request an indemnity on the duplicate payment, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
