As part of the regeneration project, there will also be a Community Wellbeing and Enterprise Hub with new pre-school, youth space, community cafe, training kitchen, one-to-one support and a new home for the Westcliff Drop in Centre.
The work is due to start on the hub and retail units in late 2016/early 2017 and completed in January 2018.
