Contractors Framework Agreement

Here at Ongo everything we do is to improve the local community and the lives of those that live within those communities.

With this in mind we want to give local businesses an opportunity to participate in a current tender exercise to put in place a Contractors Framework Agreement which allows businesses to bid for one or more of the 11 lots as follows:

  • Damp Proofing
  • Joinery
  • Ironmongery
  • Carpets & Floor Coverings
  • TV Maintenance/ Aerial works
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Masonry (Brickworks)
  • Plastering & External Rendering
  • Electricals
  • Glazing & UPVC
  • Decent Homes (Kitchens, Bathrooms & General)

The Contractors Framework will run for up to a maximum of 4 years in total with an estimated total spend of £1m across all lots for the 4 year period and we anticipate awarding places to between 3-5 contractors per lot.

When work is required it will be allocated directly on a rotational basis or as part of a mini competition (on price) for the jobs of larger value.

Please note there is no guarantee of any value or volume of work to be awarded.

If you are interested in bidding for any of the above lots you can find the tender advert on Contracts finder here and you will need to register as a supplier to access the tender documents on Multiquote. Any questions or problems registering on Multiquote please call their support team on 0151 4829230 or send an email to
